Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Marsha Gaillardet-Rose. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist in Cornelius, NC.

I chose the name ‘Chrysalis’ for my practice because the chrysalis represents a place of transition and growth. I have been working in this field for 12 years now and love it! Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in the corporate world of high tech. It is through my own journey that I came to know that my true life’s work was not within the high tech industry, but in the area of mental health and so off to graduate school I went and I have never looked back.
